Check the habits of your personal hair care

You can stop hair loss if you can control certain practices, which you do most often in your day-to-day life. Some people have the habit of tightly pulling their hair back to make a knot. This is not advisable. As you pull the hair strands, the hairs develop the tendency of growing from the surface of the scalp. This condition weakens the hair root and leads to hair loss ultimately. The hairs that grow near the forehead are most susceptible to this condition as they are the ones that are pulled back forcibly. Additionally they are vulnerable to hormonal imbalances that a person experiences. Likewise, the hair is prone to break when it is wet. So, after hair wash, you need to dry the hair properly and wipe of the moisture with a cotton towel. Using hair dryers too often is also not encouraged as the heat emanating out of it may damage the hair roots. Frequent combing or brushing would enhance hair growth. Brushing massages the hair roots and stimulates the blood circulation. But this should not be done over dry scalp.
